polypropylene multifilament yarn from 60 kg per hour
production and above pilot spinning plant of 2 - 5 kg
per hour is also available.

Text rising M/c :-
Fully
automatic all type of synthetic yarn text rising machine
for heavy duty text rising highest denier up to 5000
denier textures yarns. Also available in 4 spindle model
up to 8000 denier textures yarn with 500 mtr / min speed.
It has facility for drawing as well as intermingling
of yarn. It cans textures FDY, POY or LOY yarn in single
stage.

Twister :-
Heavy
Denier two for one (TFO) twisting machine. Suitable
for denier 400 and above. No use of bolster & hence
longest spindle life & economical in maintenance.
It can handle heaviest denier up to 3000. Very strong
and sturdy machine & no breakage of parts by using
high tenacity yarn for twisting. Machine speed is almost
near to double for production of conventional TFO available.
Hence less flour space, capital cost & maintenance
cost.

Fluidizing Bath :-
Fully
automatic bath with latest technology. It cleans all
type of precision components. It cleans every sharp
corner without changes in dimension or surface finish.
It is also very effective and economical cleaning of
costly precision parts like spinner ate, Moulds, Dies,
Spinning Pump & Painted components etc. It operates
with very low pressure air at room temp up to 400 deg.
C. It is available for any size of components.

Screen Changer :-
Manual
Semi automatic & fully automatic all types of screen
changer for polymer filtration are available. It can
filter as fine as possible (10 micron) depends upon
screen used in screen changer. It can be placed after
extruder & before die (Spinner ate, Film etc). There
are 8 different models for manual as well as automatic
operation for different type of plants.

Glassware Machine :-
CNC
12 stations fully automatic all type of glassware (Kitchen
ware like tubler, cup, saucer, mug, plates etc.) making
machine driven by latest microprocessor & also synchronized
electronically with feeder. It can be available at any
number of indexing stations.
