Lifting Arrangements
FIBC lifting arrangements are designed to ensure safe handling, efficient movement, and compatibility with different lifting equipment. The choice of loop type depends on operational requirements, space constraints, and handling methods across storage, transport, and discharge.

Corner Loops
Corner loop FIBCs feature four lifting loops stitched directly into the side seams of the bag. This is the most common and versatile lifting arrangement, suitable for forklift and crane handling. Corner loops provide good load balance and are widely used across industries.

Cross-Corner Loops
Cross corner loop bags have loops sewn across the corners rather than at the side seams. This design allows easier forklift access and requires less space between the forks. Cross corner loops are ideal where handling space is limited and faster engagement is required.

Single Loop
Single loop FIBCs are designed for automated filling and discharge systems, typically used in high-volume industries such as agriculture and chemicals. The single lifting point allows efficient handling with minimal manual intervention.

Double Loops
Double loop FIBCs are designed with two reinforced lifting loops that allow easy handling using forklifts or mechanical lifting equipment. This configuration provides balanced lifting and is particularly suitable for automated or semi-automated handling systems.

Tunnel Loops
Tunnel loop FIBCs feature fabric sleeves sewn along the sides of the bag, allowing forklift tines to pass directly through the loops. This design enables quick and stable handling without the need for additional lifting gear and is ideal for operations with frequent forklift movement. Tunnel loops are commonly used in warehousing and short-distance transport applications.

Stevedoring Loops
Stevedoring loop FIBCs are designed with extended lifting loops that allow the bag to be lifted using hooks, cranes, or spreader bars. These loops provide flexibility during loading and unloading, especially in ports or facilities where forklifts are not always available. Stevedoring loops are well-suited for bulk handling in shipping yards and export operations.
