Standard PP/PE Liner

Overview

Jet Tech’s Standard PP/PE Container Liners provide a reliable, hygienic, and economical solution for transporting dry bulk commodities. Designed to line standard 20 ft 30ft and 40 ft containers, these liners create a protective barrier between the cargo and the container, ensuring product integrity throughout transit.

Key Features

  • Manufactured using high-quality PP/PE woven or film materials

  • Protects cargo from contamination, moisture, and container residue

  • Custom-fitted for standard container dimensions

  • Front-open design for easy forklift loading

  • Multiple closing options including flap, fold-close, and tie-down systems

Material Options: PP & PE Liners

Our standard container liners are manufactured using:

  • Woven Polypropylene (PP)

  • Polyethylene (PE) Film

  • Laminated or Unlaminated Fabric Options

Material selection is carefully determined based on the flow characteristics of the cargo, its sensitivity to moisture, the specific loading and unloading techniques used, and the storage and transit conditions involved throughout the supply chain.

Methods of Loading the Container Liner

Jet Tech container liners support multiple bulk loading methods:

Pneumatic Loading

  • Material blown into the liner using air pressure

  • Long filling chutes provided for secure pipe insertion

  • Ideal for powders and fine granular products

Conveyor Loading

  • Material fed via belt or screw conveyor

  • Wide top opening allows smooth and controlled filling

  • Suitable for free-flowing bulk materials

Top Loading (Gravity Fill)

  • Filling spouts positioned on the top panel

  • Material loaded by gravity from silos or hoppers

  • Common in agricultural and mineral applications

Manual Loading

  • Front opening allows manual filling

  • Used for specialty or low-volume cargo

Protection Against Bulging at the Door End

To prevent liner expansion and door pressure during filling, Jet Tech offers multiple anti-bulging solutions:

Heavy-Duty Restraining Belts

  • Sewn into the liner front panel

  • Anchored to container lashing points

  • Allows loading with one or both container doors open

Metal Bar Retention System

  • Steel bars inserted into reinforced liner loops

  • Provides rigid front-end support during loading

Anti-Bulging (Bar-less) Liner Design

With over 7 years of research, we have developed a liner which has an

internal provision for preventing bulging without the use of belts or bars

  • Internal load-distribution mechanism

  • No external bars or belts required

  • Tested for high-volume loading and container tilting

  • Available for 20 ft, 30 ft, and 40 ft containers

Methods of Unloading the Container Liner

Jet Tech liners support flexible discharge options depending on site infrastructure:

  • Container Tilting
Uses gravity to discharge bulk material efficiently

  • Pneumatic Suction Unloading
Ideal for powders and fine materials

  • Discharge Chute / Spout
    Controlled and clean material flow

  • Bottom Slitting
Fast unloading where precise flow control is not required

Typical Applications

Standard PP and PE container liners are widely used for the safe and efficient transportation of agricultural commodities such as rice, corn, sugar, soya, and malt. They are also commonly employed across the chemicals and petrochemicals sectors, as well as for minerals and industrial powders. These liners are ideal for transporting dry bulk materials where contamination-free handling, cleanliness, and product integrity are essential throughout storage and transit.
