Types of Thermal Container Liners Available

1. Bubble Thermal Container Liners
Bubble thermal liners are designed to provide effective insulation through trapped air layers, reducing heat gain and loss during transit. The multi-layer bubble structure acts as a thermal buffer while remaining lightweight and flexible.
These liners are ideal for applications where moderate temperature control is required, especially in dry cargo shipments exposed to external heat variations. Bubble liners are easy to install, cost-effective, and suitable for both 20 ft and 40 ft containers.

2. Single-Side Coated ThermoMet Liners (SSC)
Single-side coated ThermoMet liners combine metalized PET (MPET) film on one side with woven polyethylene fabric to deliver enhanced thermal reflectivity while maintaining strength and durability.
The reflective MPET surface helps deflect radiant heat, reducing internal temperature fluctuations, while the woven fabric layer adds mechanical stability. These liners are well-suited for cargo that requires controlled thermal protection without excessive insulation thickness.
SSC ThermoMet liners offer a balance of thermal performance, flexibility, and cost efficiency for a wide range of temperature-sensitive shipments.

3. Both-Side Coated ThermoMet Liners (BSC)
Both-side coated ThermoMet liners are engineered for maximum thermal efficiency and are the most advanced option in Jet Tech’s thermal liner range. Constructed with metalized PET films laminated on both sides of a woven PE fabric, these liners provide superior heat reflection and insulation.
The dual reflective surfaces significantly reduce heat ingress and egress, helping maintain stable internal temperatures even in extreme external conditions. This construction also offers excellent moisture resistance, tear strength, and durability.
BSC ThermoMet liners are ideal for high-value, highly temperature-sensitive cargo such as pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and food ingredients.
